Fitting a Brazilian Rosewood back. Marchione only uses hot hide glue, so all surfaces have to be “cut” prior to glue up. No sand paper here. He’s using a Lie-Nielsen block plane, to add a radius to the sides. You can really hear how sharp the plane is.

In this less I show the following strum pattern: DOWN-DOWN-Up-Down-up…. The duration of the first down stroke lasts twice as long as the rest of the stokes in the pattern. Remember use a metronome and practice “up and down strumming” at different tempos.
