Does anyone know this famous Spanish guitar song?

There is a real well-known and classic spanish guitar song, that is usually played solo…has no words….and it starts like: “TA-DAN…(pause)…Ta-ta-ta-tah-tah-tah… tah-tah-tah-tah-tahh-tahhh-tahhhhh….ta… It’s like a toreodores intro song. Its only an instumental, nearly ALWAYS a solo, SPEEDS up to a frenzy….. It’s hard to find it when it’s an intrumental without words to quote….sorry…
